In Tuesday's non-league match, the Refugio Bobcats (Refugio, TX) volleyball team knocked off the visiting George West Longhorns (George West, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

The Bobcats now possess a 11-12 record. They play next when they host Banquete for a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. Refugio will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Jones (Beeville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-7.
