Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Mid Valley overwhelmed by Western Wayne

Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mid Valley Spartans (Throop, PA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Western Wayne advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Scranton (Scranton, PA) to face the Knights in a Lackawanna test on Friday, September 5. The Knights go into the test with a record of 0-1. Scranton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA)

The Spartans now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Lakeland for a Lackawanna challenge on Thursday, September 4. Mid Valley will play a Chiefs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-1.
