September 2, 2025: Mill City, OR 97360 Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Scio Loggers (Scio, OR), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Santiam improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Knappa (Astoria, OR) to meet the Loggers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. The Loggers come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Knappa lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Rainier (Rainier, OR)
Next, the Loggers meet the Dayton Pirates (Dayton, OR) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Scio will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, OR).
