Washington High School Soccer - Hoquiam nudges Rochester
September 20, 2022: Hoquiam, WA 98550 Hoquiam Grizzlies (Hoquiam, WA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Rochester Warriors (Rochester, WA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Grizzlies confront the Aberdeen Bobcats (Aberdeen, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 24. Hoquiam will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 5-0 league win over Rochester (Rochester, WA).
The Warriors now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aberdeen for a 2A Evergreen challenge on Thursday, September 22. Rochester will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-1.
