In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Rivercrest Rebels (Bogata, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Fruitvale Bobcats (Fruitvale, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 contest, on Friday, September 23. Como-Pickton will attempt to better on its 20-9 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 4-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Frankston (Frankston, TX).
