Oklahoma High School Softball - Alva bounces Community Christian
September 20, 2023: Alva, OK 73717 Alva Goldbugs (Alva, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Community Christian Royals (Norman, OK), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Goldbugs now own a 16-11 record. They take the field next when they host Davis for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 21. Alva will face a Wolves squad coming off a 16-4 non-league win over Community Christian (Norman, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 12-12.
With the loss, Community Christian falls to 8-21 on the campaign. The Royals host Davis (Davis, OK) to face the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 20. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 10-12. Davis lost 9-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Sulphur (Sulphur, OK)
