The Talawanda Brave (Oxford, OH) football knocked off the visiting Carroll Patriots (Dayton, OH), 35-12 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Brave now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shroder Paideia Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, September 27. Talawanda will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 38-8 non-league win over Clark Montessori (Cincinnati, OH). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Carroll drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH) to clash with the Knights in a Greater Catholic - North outing on Friday, September 27. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Archbishop Alter lost 17-7 in their recent non-league outing against Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH)
