In their next game, the Green Wave face the Pickens County Tornadoes (Reform, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 27. Gordo will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Tornadoes enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 22-0 league win over Brilliant (Brilliant, AL).
The Patriots (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL). The Bobcats enter the 3A Region 5 challenge with a 1-3 record.
