Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA), 42-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Granby advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA) to play the Mighty Bookers in a Eastern battle on Friday, September 27. The Mighty Bookers go into the battle with a record of 0-4. Booker T. Washington lost 8-0 in their recent non-league battle against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA)

The Pilots now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Churchland for a Eastern battle on Friday, September 27. Norview will play a Truckers team coming off a 12-10 non-league win over Hopewell (Hopewell, VA). The Truckers record now stands at 2-2.
