September 20, 2024: Owensboro, KY 42301 The Owensboro Red Devils walloped the visiting Graves County Eagles football team by a score of 42-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Devils face the Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Friday, September 27. Owensboro will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 41-0 league win over Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY).
The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Maroons enter the 5A District 1 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Madisonville-North Hopkins routed Marshall County (Benton, KY), 52-14, in a league match.
