The Gregory Gorillas football squad scored 44 points and limited the host Stanley County Buffalos to 16 in the Gorillas non-league triumph on Friday.

The Gorillas now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wolsey-Wessington for a Southeastern South Dakota (9 Man) test on Friday, September 27. Gregory will meet a Warbirds squad coming off a 22-6 league win over Platte/Geddes (Platte, SD). The Warbirds record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Stanley County drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Buffalos host Wall (Wall, SD) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-0. Wall won 59-6 in their recent league test against New Underwood (New Underwood, SD)
