The LeRoy Panthers football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Heyworth Hornets to 7 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tuscola for a Heart of Central Illinois - Small test on Friday, September 27. LeRoy will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 18-13 league win over Central A & M (Moweaqua, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Heyworth drops to 2-2 on the campaign.
