The Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO) football trounced the visiting Hoehne Farmers (Hoehne, CO), 40-6 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Simla for a non-league outing on Friday, September 27. Sedgwick County will clash with a Cubs team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to McClave (McClave, CO). The Cubs record now stands at 2-1.

The Farmers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Springfield (Springfield, CO). The Longhorns go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Springfield bounced Elkhart (Elkhart, KS), 44-12, in a non-league challenge.
