In Friday's league match, the visiting Nevada Tigers football squad scored a close 15-10 triumph over the McDonald County Mustangs.

The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their match against East Newton (Granby, MO). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, East Newton was nudged by Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, MO), 48-6, in a non-league match.
