California High School Football - Poly can't hold off Ramona

September 20, 2024: Riverside, CA 92504

Ramona Rams (Riverside, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Poly Bears (Riverside, CA), 21-17 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Ramona advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Rams host La Sierra (Riverside, CA) to play the Eagles in a River Valley battle on Thursday, October 3. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-4. La Sierra lost 34-0 in their recent non-league battle against Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Bears now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Redlands for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28. Poly will play a Terriers team coming off a 35-10 non-league win over Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA). The Terriers record now stands at 3-1.
