In Friday's league game, the William Penn Bearcats (York, PA) football team triumphed over the visiting Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA), by a tally of 50-14.

In their next game, the Bearcats face the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 27. William Penn will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record.
