The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH) and the visiting Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), witnessed Upper Scioto Valley's football squad topple Ridgedale by a tally of 38-8.

The Rams (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH). The Golden Gophers enter the Northwest Central contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Ridgemont thwarted Montpelier (Montpelier, OH), 53-28, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Rockets confront the Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) in a Northwest Central contest, on Friday, September 27. Ridgedale will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Polar Bears enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 38-15 league win over Perry (Lima, OH).
