In Friday's non-league game, the Ridgewood Generals (West Lafayette, OH) football team overcame the visiting Strasburg-Franklin Tigers (Strasburg, OH), by a tally of 35-7.

In their next game, the Generals battle the Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH) in a Inter-Valley - South test, on Friday, September 27. Ridgewood will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 21-20 non-league win over East Canton (East Canton, OH).
