North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cristo Rey Research Triangle overwhelmed by Henderson Collegiate
September 20, 2024: Henderson, NC 27536 Henderson Collegiate Pride (Henderson, NC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cristo Rey Research Triangle Bulls (Durham, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Henderson Collegiate advances its record to 1-15 on the season. The Pride host Vance Charter (Henderson, NC) to face the Knights in a Triangle North 1A test on Tuesday, September 24. The Knights go into the test with a record of 10-3. Vance Charter won 3-0 in their recent league test against Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC)
The Bulls now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington Christian Academy for a NCISAA Central Carolina Athletic test on Tuesday, September 24. Cristo Rey Research Triangle will face a Royals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Carolina Friends (Durham, NC). The Royals record now stands at 5-4.
