In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Glen Rose Tigers volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Robinson Rockets.

With the win, Glen Rose improves its record to 21-6 on the season. The Tigers host Graham (Graham, TX) to encounter the Steers in a 4A Region I District 6 battle on Friday, September 27. The Steers go into the battle with a record of 19-8. Graham won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Memorial (Wichita Falls, TX)

The Rockets now own a 11-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crawford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 24. Robinson will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 27-4.
