September 20, 2024: Crowley, LA 70526 Notre Dame Pioneers (Crowley, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Haughton Buccaneers (Haughton, LA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Notre Dame improves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Ruston (Ruston, LA) to face the Bearcats in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 8-4. Ruston won 3-0 in their recent league test against Alexandria (Alexandria, LA)
The Buccaneers now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Monroe for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Haughton will face a Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 5-3.
