New York High School Football - Proctor thwarted by Liverpool

Liverpool Warriors (Liverpool, NY) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Proctor Raiders (Utica, NY), 42-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Liverpool advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Warriors host Fayetteville-Manlius (Manlius, NY) to confront the Hornets in a non-league match on Friday, September 26. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 1-2. Fayetteville-Manlius lost 33-18 in their recent non-league match against Corcoran (Syracuse, NY)

Coming up next, the Raiders confront the West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY) in a Section 3 AA 1 battle, on Friday, September 26. Proctor will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 56-7 league loss to Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, NY).
