In Saturday's non-league match, the host Temecula Valley Golden Bears flag football squad scored a decisive 50-0 triumph over the Cathedral City Lions.

The Golden Bears (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Elsinore (Wildomar, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 3-11 record. In their last match, Elsinore was routed by Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA), 7-2, in a league match.
