September 20, 2025: Bloomfield, NJ 07003 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Bloomfield Bengals (Bloomfield, NJ) and the visiting Hoboken Redwings (Hoboken, NJ), saw Bloomfield's soccer squad hold off Hoboken by a count of 1-0.
The Bengals (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Elizabeth tipped Johnson (Clark, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Redwings meet the Hudson Catholic Hawks (Jersey City, NJ) in a Hudson County - Coviello match, on Tuesday, September 23. Hoboken will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.
