September 20, 2025: Buckhannon, WV 26201 The University Hawks held off the host Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Hawks face the Steubenville Big Red (Steubenville, OH) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 24. University will attempt to advance on its 9-1 season record. The Big Red come into the game with a 8-1 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Edison (Richmond, OH).
The Buccaneers (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Mohigans come into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Morgantown nudged Musselman (Inwood, WV), 5-0, in a league bout.
