Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Lower Dauphin nudges Governor Mifflin
September 20, 2025: Hummelstown, PA 17036 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Lower Dauphin Falcons (Hummelstown, PA) and the visiting Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA), saw Lower Dauphin's soccer squad hold off Governor Mifflin by a count of 2-1.
The Falcons (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Palmyra (Palmyra, PA). The Cougars enter the Mid-Penn - Keystone battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Palmyra was edged by Exeter Township (Reading, PA), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs meet the Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 22. Governor Mifflin will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA).
