Colorado High School Football - Cherokee Trail sneaks past Rocky Mountain
September 20, 2025: Aurora, CO 80016 The Cherokee Trail Cougars football squad scored 2 points and limited the visiting Rocky Mountain Lobos to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dakota Ridge for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. Cherokee Trail will face a Eagles team coming off a 26-12 non-league win over Pomona (Arvada, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
The Lobos (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Poudre (Fort Collins, CO). The Impalas enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
