New York High School Football - Pioneer falls to Starpoint
September 20, 2025: Yorkshire, NY 14173 The Starpoint Spartans felled the host Pioneer Panthers football team by a score of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans meet the South Park Sparks (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 25. Starpoint will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Sparks come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 18-6 non-league loss to Lake Shore (Angola, NY).
With the defeat, Pioneer drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Cheektowaga (Cheektowaga, NY) to meet the Chargers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Cheektowaga lost 45-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Shore (Angola, NY)
