California High School Volleyball - Menlo-Atherton over Balboa
September 20, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94112 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) and the host Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA), observed Menlo-Atherton's volleyball team top Balboa by a count of 2-0.
The Bears (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA). The Gators go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record.
The Buccaneers now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gunn for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Balboa will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-6.
