California High School Volleyball - Carlmont Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory
September 20, 2025: Belmont, CA 94002 Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish (San Francisco, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Fightin' Irish (14-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Menlo School beat Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Scots play the Hillsdale Fighting Knights (San Mateo, CA) in a test, on Tuesday, September 23. Carlmont will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Fighting Knights go into the test with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Sequoia (Redwood City, CA).
