California High School Volleyball - Gilroy over Live Oak
September 20, 2025: Gilroy, CA 95020 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Gilroy Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Live Oak Acorns.
The Mustangs (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Del Mar (San Jose, CA). The Dons go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Del Mar was defeated by Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA), 2-1, in a league test.
The Acorns now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Mar for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Live Oak will face a Dons squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Dons record now stands at 6-3.
