Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN) and the host Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN), observed Brownstown Central's volleyball team top Castle by a count of 2-0.

The Braves (17-4) will now prepare for their test against New Albany (New Albany, IN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, New Albany achieved victory over Columbus East (Columbus, IN), 3-1, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Castle will meet a Musketeers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Charlestown (Charlestown, IN). The Musketeers record now stands at 15-2.
