Texas High School Volleyball - Kermit overwhelmed by Crane
September 20, 2025: Crane, TX 79731 Crane Cranes (Crane, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Kermit Yellow Jackets (Kermit, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Crane improves its record to 10-11 on the season. The Cranes host Lamesa (Lamesa, TX) to play the Tornadoes in a 3A Region I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 0-18.
Next, the Yellow Jackets play the Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Kermit will attempt to advance on its 6-16 season record. The Bucks go into the test with a 10-12 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Compass Academy (Odessa, TX).
