September 20, 2025: Nashwauk, MN 55769 Cromwell Cardinals (Cromwell, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans (Nashwauk, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cromwell upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Bigfork (Bigfork, MN) to face the Huskies in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 0-8. Bigfork lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Chisholm (Chisholm, MN)
The Spartans now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Floodwood for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Nashwauk-Keewatin will face a Polar Bears squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN). The Polar Bears record now stands at 13-2.
