September 20, 2025: Grand Rapids, MI 49504 Sacred Heart Academy (Grand Rapids, MI) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Howardsville Christian Eagles (Marcellus, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sacred Heart Academy advances its record to 18-1 on the season. The host Barry County Christian (Hastings, MI) to face the Eagles in a Freelance test on Tuesday, September 23. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 7-2. Barry County Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Calvary Christian (Fruitport, MI)
The Eagles now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian for a Red Arrow outing on Thursday, September 25. Howardsville Christian will play a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 league win over Covert (Covert, MI). The Patriots record now stands at 5-7.
