September 20, 2025: Adrian, MI 49221 Ubly Bearcats (Ubly, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Lenawee Christian Cougars (Adrian, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Ubly improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Marlette (Marlette, MI) to meet the Red Raiders in a Greater Thumb - East challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 9-3.
Next, the Cougars meet the Sand Creek Aggies (Sand Creek, MI) in a Tri-County challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Lenawee Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Aggies come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Summerfield (Petersburg, MI).
