September 21, 2023: Madisonville, TN 37354 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN) and the host Sequoyah Chiefs (Madisonville, TN), saw East Ridge's soccer squad triumph over Sequoyah by a margin of 5-0.
The Pioneers now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marion County for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. East Ridge will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Sequoyah drops to 0-8 on the season. The Chiefs travel to Maryville Christian (Maryville, TN) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 26.
