The Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) football edged the visiting Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 34-33 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 28. Mooresville will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 14-13 non-league win over Butler (Matthews, NC).
