September 21, 2023: Amsterdam, NY 12010 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) and the visiting Gloversville Huskies/Dragons (Gloversville, NY), saw Amsterdam's soccer squad knock off Gloversville by a count of 4-2.
The Rams now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they host South Glens Falls for a Foothills Council- North test on Saturday, September 23. Amsterdam will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Gloversville drops to 0-6 on the season. The Huskies/dragons host Scotia-Glenville (Scotia, NY) to meet the Tartans in a Foothills Council- North test on Tuesday, September 26. The Tartans come into the test with a record of 3-7. Scotia-Glenville lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY)
