The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) and the host Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA), saw Covenant's volleyball squad nip Fredericksburg Christian by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Covenant upgrades its record to 9-3 on the year. The Eagles host Chatham Hall (Chatham, VA) to play the Turtles in a VISAA Blue Ridge bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Turtles go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

The Eagles now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they host The Carmel School for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28.
