September 21, 2024: La Canada, CA 91011 Flintridge Prep Wolves (La Canada, CA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Avalon Lancers (Avalon, CA), 57-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Flintridge Prep advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wolves travel to Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, September 27. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 4-1. Foothills Christian won 21-14 in their recent non-league battle against Cornerstone Christian (Wildomar, CA)
The Lancers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Santa Clarita Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28. Avalon will play a Cardinals team coming off a 30-21 non-league loss to Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-1.
