Washington High School Football - Granger nips Liberty
September 21, 2024: Granger, WA 98932 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Granger Spartans (Granger, WA) and the visiting Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA), witnessed Granger's football squad edge Liberty by a tally of 19-13.
The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA). The Jaguars enter the 2B Eastern Washington - East contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Tri-Cities Prep got by White Swan (White Swan, WA), 66-8, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Lancers battle the Kettle Falls Bulldogs (Kettle Falls, WA) in a 2B Bi-County contest, on Friday, September 27. Liberty will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 43-0 non-league loss to Priest River (Priest River, ID).
