The Howard Lions football squad scored 27 points and limited the visiting Mt. Hebron Vikings to 20 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Reach for a Howard County test on Saturday, September 28. Howard will meet a Lightning squad coming off a 45-0 league loss to Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Lightning record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, Mt. Hebron drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Hammond (Columbia, MD) to play the Golden Bears in a Howard County battle on Saturday, September 28.
