Vermont High School Football - Mt. Abraham tops Otter Valley
September 21, 2024: Bristol, VT 05443 The Mt. Abraham Eagles football squad scored 36 points and limited the visiting Otter Valley Otters to 27 in the Eagles league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Missisquoi Valley for a League 4 test on Saturday, September 28. Mt. Abraham will meet a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 56-6 league loss to Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Otter Valley drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Otters host Milton (Milton, VT) to meet the Yellowjackets in a League 4 test on Saturday, September 28. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 2-2. Milton won 18-13 in their recent league test against Spaulding (Barre, VT)
