Pennsylvania High School Football - Wyoming Area loses to Crestwood
September 21, 2024: Mountain Top, PA 18707 Crestwood Comets (Mountain Top, PA) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA), 34-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Crestwood advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Comets host Pittston (Pittston, PA) to play the Patriots in a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Pittston won 46-26 in their recent non-league battle against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA)
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host North Pocono for a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. Wyoming Area will play a Trojans team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
