Illinois High School Flag Football - Fenwick beat Glenbard South
September 21, 2024: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The Fenwick Friars flag football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Glenbard South Raiders to 14 in the Friars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Friars now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Fenwick will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 26-12 non-league win over Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 8-6.
With the defeat, Glenbard South drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Hinsdale South (Darien, IL) to meet the Hornets in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 5-3.
