September 21, 2024: Newtonville, MA 02460 The Weymouth Wildcats walloped the host Newton North Tigers football team by a score of 46-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Weymouth will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Whalers enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Barnstable (Hyannis, MA).
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Needham (Needham, MA). The Rockets enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Needham was ripped by Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA), 28-14, in a non-league challenge.
