September 21, 2024: Norwich, CT 06360 Norwich RVT Warriors (Norwich, CT) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Wheeler Lions (North Stonington, CT), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Norwich RVT moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT) to meet the Mighty Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Mighty Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Lions now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montville for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 25. Wheeler will meet a Wolves team coming off a 0-0 non-league Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT). The Wolves record now stands at 0-0.
