September 21, 2024: Elizabeth, CO 80107 The Columbine Rebels overwhelmed the host Elizabeth Cardinals softball squad by a count of 14-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Rebels meet the Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Columbine will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Chargers go into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to D'Evelyn (Denver, CO).
The Cardinals (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO). The Wildcats go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Fruita Monument toppled Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO), 11-1, in a non-league challenge.
