With the triumph, Holmdel moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Hornets host St. Rose (Belmar, NJ) to clash with the Purple Roses in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Purple Roses come into the test with a record of 0-6. St. Rose lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ)

Matawan Regional will clash with a Garnet Gulls team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Liberty (Jackson, NJ). The Garnet Gulls record now stands at 4-0.
